Lawn Maintenance Foreman

Expectations 

• Lead and manage a lawn care crew to ensure daily jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards

• Perform and oversee services including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general property maintenance

• Operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

• Ensure job sites are left clean, professional, and customer-ready

• Train, mentor, and supervise crew members; hold team accountable for quality and productivity

• Communicate clearly with customers and management regarding job details, concerns, and special requests

• Load, secure, and transport equipment safely to and from job sites

• Monitor job times and productivity to keep routes on schedule

• Identify property issues, upsell opportunities, and report them to management

• Enforce safety procedures and company policies at all times

• Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

• Represent the company professionally in appearance, attitude, and work ethic

Lawn Maintenance Technician

Expectations

• Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

• Operate commercial lawn care equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail on every property

• Follow daily routes and job instructions provided by the foreman or management

• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment and materials

• Ensure job sites are left clean, neat, and customer-ready

• Identify and report property concerns, equipment issues, or customer requests

• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals

• Follow all company safety procedures and best practices

• Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude with customers

• Perform basic equipment care such as cleaning and inspections

• Adapt to varying weather conditions and physical job demands
